This months Community Kitchen is focused on Middle Eastern food. We will start with a mezze plate.....black bean ful, peppers, olives, feta and flat bread, then prepare a quinoa and sour dough salad, green pancakes with lime butter and polenta with eggplant sauce. Dessert will be figs, halvah and dried apricot. Register by calling Meadowbrook Community Center at 206-684-7522. The $20.00 fee covers the cost of ingredients.
