Event Description

Enjoy a tour of gardens in NE Seattle and learn a variety of ways to produce food in the city limits. See raised vegetable beds, poultry, goats, fruit production and much, much more! This is a self-guided tour- start anywhere you like and visit as many gardens as you please. The 'urban farmer' will be around to answer your questions and show you around.

Children's activities will be offered at some of the gardens on this tour.

Maps and garden descriptions on the home page upper left corner, and will be available at all of the garden locations.

The tour is free but we will be accepting donations to cover the cost of printing flyers, so bring a few bucks to toss in the can!

I'm looking forward to it, and finally figured out where the google maps tour map was. I'll be bringing my 1 and 3 year old, so I'm especially interested in the gardens that have kids activities. Any ideas where I can find that out?

Thanks,
Rebecca

OK there's a link to the google map underneath the garden tour picture on the home page. We'll also have maps and garden descriptions at each garden along the tour.

Hmmm...it might be good to have a sample of this plant to show people!
