"HAPPY" (2011) explores ideas behind our most valued emotion – happiness.  Visiting with folks around the globe, along with experts armed with concrete conclusions. Results point in directions that … Happiness increases the more one:

  • is physically active
  • performs actions for the benefit of others rather than for oneself
  • feels close to family and friends


Measure your own happiness index by taking this survey prior to viewing the movie.

Survey results will be be part of the discussion following the movie.  A discussion facilitated by Laura Musikanski, Executive Director of The Happiness Alliance, home of The Happiness Initiative and Gross National Happiness Index.  Laura is a lawyer, an MBA, and the former Executive Director of Sustainable Seattle.


Open to the public!  Film begins at 7:00 P.M with the discussion following.
