SCHEDULE OF CLASSES
10 am –11am, Making hard cider
11:15 am – 12:15pm, Making lactofermented pickles
12:30 pm – 1:00 pm, Pressure canning tomatoes
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, Fermentation – sauerkraut and ginger carrots
3:00 pm – 3:30 pm, Fruit leather
3:30 pm – 4:00 pm, Freezing intensified tomatoes
It is not necessary to register for classes. Come and participate. All classes are held in the kitchen or rm 11 at the Meadowbrook Community Center.
