Qigong is a 5000 year old Chinese system that promotes health and vitality by activation of the body’s natural healing responses. Qigong is safe, easy and fun. It includes simple breathing techniques, gentle movement, self-massage, and mindfulness practices. Qigong is a perfect tool for caregivers as even 2-3 minutes of Qigong can reduce stress and renew energy. Come and learn.
