Sustainable NE Seattle

Connecting for a sustainable community

Hamida Bosmajian Seattle University Emeritus Professor, will re-visit with you “Little Red Riding Hood,” Hansel and Gretel” and “Snow White” and discover Dark Secrets in the Woods! Hamida’s rich teaching experience includes topics such as mythology, children’s literature, literature and law and Holocaust literature. Her two books Metaphors of Evil and Sparring the Child: Grief and the Unspeakable in Youth Literature about Nazism and the Holocaust have made her realize how the symbolism of Fairy Tales is indeed a primal source.

Join Hamida for coffee, tea and good talking at the NEST Office.

This event is free and open to the public.

Time: Monday, July 17 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm
