8th Ave NW - Street of Green

Here is an 8th Ave NW Puyallup update.  A unique collaboration between inspired homeowners and city planners promises to completely transform a Puyallup neighborhood from one with a traditional asphalt roadway, concrete sidewalks and standing water into a green street and sidewalks that infiltrate water, provide attractive landscaping and slow down traffic. We could do more of these in Seattle.…

Home Energy Audits

Energy conservation starts with an audit — high on the homeowner investment priority list.

- an audit gives immediate “under the hood” look at home efficiency

- great for prospective buyers and long time home owners
