Local investment club?

So, who is super-interested in making something tangible and soon related to this?  Easiest thing would be a group like in Bellingham to individually loan to businesses through a mailing list.Myself, I'm hoping to start a group for investing locally (real estate, businesses?) that leverages a larger membership with smaller regular investment to be able to make some of the larger investments people can't.I can't buy a house, property, or even municipal bonds with the amount of money I have to…See More
