Currant Fruit Fly

Hello, I'm new to this group and excited to be here! I garden at my house in wedgewood and also down at picardo. This year I had a terrible infestation of currant fruit fly - the one that lays eggs in the berries - the fruit drops - maggots dig into soil and overwinter as pupa - then strike again next year.
