What parts of our mission are you interested in (for example, growing food/food security, appropriate energy technologies, transportation, community building, etc.)?
All! I love the skill sharing workshops you do, the tool library, and the community gardens.
How do you see yourself being involved with Sustainable NE Seattle? What skills, talents and passions are you willing to share?
I like to work with my hands and mind, have good organizational skills, and love to work with other people. I'm a bit of a Jill of all trades with carpentry, craft, art, music, bike, and a smattering of other interests and skills.

I'm working with GMOP (Get Money Out of Politics), Backbone Campaign, Idle no more, Climate Change for Families, Sierra Club, and Power Past Coal right now on Climate Change and the local coal train issue. We're working with youth and artful imagery to get the word out to the public. We'll have a fun and informative ensemble in the Fremont Solstice Parade and will be doing more batik, mask making, train mural painting and other art and costume workshops to prep for it and get more families involved. I also sing with a small 350.org group that has formed with the intention to sing and get others singing at climate actions.
