8th Ave NW - Street of Green

Here is an 8th Ave NW Puyallup update.  A unique collaboration between inspired homeowners and city planners promises to completely transform a Puyallup neighborhood from one with a traditional asphalt roadway, concrete sidewalks and standing water into a green street and sidewalks that infiltrate water, provide attractive landscaping and slow down traffic.
