Please forgive my ignorance on this.  A new window just arrived that I ordered to replace a damaged one in my new house.  It has a green film on it which I understand is energy saving; it blocks heat from going in or out. What happened to passive solar? This is a south facing window. It never gets too hot so I'm not worried about too much heat getting in in the summer. U-Pick blueberries at Carpenter Creek Farm

Come visit SusNE members Nathaniel and Bethany at their blueberry farm in Skagit Valley.  Carpenter Creek Farm is open for U-Pick Fridays-Mondays 8am - 5pm.  Blueberries are $2/lb for U-Pick and the picking is great.  Please contact us if you are interested in bulk deliveries to NE Seattle.

On Making the Virtual Garden a Reality
